Lately I have been trying to eat healthier foods for most part of the day (and night).
To add fruits to breakfast, I tossed in an apple, banana and grapes to corn flakes, milk and honey and it was close to a heavenly retreat!! Not much of a guilt there for a conscious mind.
Another very tangy fusion I enjoyed was a quicky! Pomegranate seeds, hint of lemon juice and a pitch of salt! There you are to satiate a hungry tummy with a filling and tangy fruit! Guilt free!!
